In "Craving Cassie", we are treated to the story of Cassie, a woman who has watched her best friend become a battered wife, and a sister cheat her way out of a marriage that Cassie eventually fixed. She's wary of relationships, so she doesn't do them. The problem is, Kevin strikes a chord in her. Years after their first time dating, Kevin is hell bent on protecting Cassie from her best friend's unstable and violent husband. Will his protection methods pay off? And will he win Cassie's love?
The sex in this story is both intense and sensual. Their initial couplings are powerful, and the heat Kevin brings forth in Cassie is great.
The plot itself is very nicely done. There are some parts where you shift from the current time to 4 years ago when they first dated and then split. It really sets the tone of the story, and lets the reader progress along with a greater understanding of their past and how it relates to the present.
Technically, there were no flaws that I recall while reading this story.
Overall, this is a wonderful tale of one man's patience in dealing with a woman that he just knows is right for him, and that woman's managing to finally overcome her fears about relationships. The author created a nice little tale here, and I think that anyone that enjoys romance with erotic sex in it will enjoy this tale.
