I stumbled across this one during a random story search, and I'm really glad I did. This site abounds with cheating stories (on both sides), with fairly predictable outcomes. I'm not complaining...I do enjoy a well-crafted BTB story!
Jennifer Richards was at work when she got a call telling her that her husband was in their home with a gun threatening suicide. She gets there as fast as she can and finds multiple police cars and even a TV news truck in front of her house. She meets with the hostage negotiator, and finally gets to talk with her husband. He's distraught over his drunken infidelity and ready to end his life.
I can't go any further without giving away the twist that inspired me to review this story. It has to be just about the most original cheating spouse tale that I have read in a long time. I really enjoyed it, and will probably go back and read it again...it's fairly short.
I'm giving it 10s across the board because I can! I think you will enjoy it too. Sadly, this author has not posted anything for a long time.
