Getting called to the principal's office is a nice romantic tale from a very talented writer.
The son of the main character is in kindergarten and the teacher wants to have a meeting with his parents, which in this case is a single father. The meeting, that was to take place in the principal's office ends up having to take place at the home of the student. When the father opens the door, the young teacher recognizes the man as the boy she had a crush on in school; and things heat-up from there.
