Like most SF this story requires a certain suspension of disbelief, but in exchange you get a lot of action, sex (albeit with a fair amount of rape and some MM action), and some interstellar war.
Why isn't Plot a ten? Well, I have some issues with incomplete stories. This one ends just some of the aliens come back to Earth to visit ladies they enjoyed early in the story, there is a knock on the door and then it ends. Can you say "pet peeve?"
I saw no problems with technical quality. And of course I like nearly everything this author has posted to SOL.
