In times of persecution the oppressed do strange things; sometimes they go to their deaths like animals to their slaughter.
Other times they rebel against their oppressors, and are slaughtered just the same.
Escape is another recourse, which in this case worked out perfectly. The Valley became self sustaining, and the Villagers continued their loving rituals over the centuries. The philosophy was indeed simple. Only do unto others what they willingly accept. Remain a virgin until the boy's or girl's twelfth birthday, and then, and only then be deflowered by her father, or his mother. So simple but beautiful in its simplicity.
And from that day on any young woman or older woman would show her desire for sex by walking the village paths naked.
And so we meet our sweetheart Evie on the morning of her birthday in the arms of her loving mother, and Edward, her loving brother, who gives her her first mouthful of his semen as a woman.
Evie befriends a runaway, Jane, seduced unwillingly by her stepfather, and on this joyous day she learns what real true willing love can mean.
Enjoy!
