I really enjoyed this story from the first chapter to the last. For the most part, I think many of us can relate to the 'hero' of this story in more ways than one.
Those of us who have no real 'ego' problem probably grew up with somewhat of a low self-esteem.
This story shows how one person's struggle with his physical, mental, emotional self can be overcome with the right 'motivation'.
The 'motivation' in this story comes in the form of a brothel prostitute by the name of Tamara who happens to live in the same town as our hero, John. She befriends him and even lets him into her personal/private life.
Eventually John becomes a big part of Lynn's (Tamara's real name) son's life as well.
This is where the story really starts to GROW!!!
This was (and is) a well written and well thought out story.
It never took things easy. It gave some serious life lessons to it's lead character. It also questions how we look at ourselves through these characters.
I got totally involved with the story and couldn't wait for the next chapter to be posted. And guess what folks? It even has a 'Happy Ending' to it.
Read this one! I guarantee it to please and satisfy the majority!
