Sometimes one knows automatically when English is the second language of a writer, sometimes there is some doubt, which is the case here.
Now, unfortunately, bad english detracts from what would otherwise be a very good story about a comedy of errors, and the subsequent rape of a young virgin who gets entangled with real police handcuffs, and a frustrated brother.
