This is another part of the Howie Randolph story. If you have read my other reviews of the other two parts you will know I am a fan of this gifted writer.
Once again the stroke amount is only an 8 because this is not a stroke story.
The plot is once again first rate, and each part continues to get better.
Appeal to reviewer is a strong 10 once again. The author I hope will continue, and continue this story line.
