I read this short story about six years ago, and it is still as fresh now as it was then.

Jeff has lusted, and loved, after Helen for years, and then one day he discovers her tied up and blindfolded in her back yard, presumably tied up by her brother who finally got tired of being shadowed everywhere by his sixteen year old sister.

So, Jeff finally gets to have his way with the secret love of his young life; only he stops just short of raping her, and releases her, and ends up with his just reward!
