In "Spelunkers", we read about a brother and sister that go wandering into a cave during a family reunion. After getting fairly deep into the cave, they accidently drop the flashlight, and cannot see to find their way out. As fear starts to make its presence felt, the sister announces she doesn't want to die a virgin, and the story proceeds from there.
While the plot of "I don't want to die a virgin" has been done many a time, this story took an interesting and more entertaining direction than most. And having been published back in 1999, it is one of the earlier to explore such a setting that the site has.
The sex scenes are pretty good, with one major exception: the author has no clue as to where the hymen is located. That is one of my pet peeves, and it threw my enjoyment of the sex scenes out the window. One of the more jarring things an author can do to me is not know the female anatomy. It just screams "I don't know what I am talking about!" when I read it. If you take that out of the equation, I would probably score the stroke value a 9 or 10.
There were no glaring technical errors, unless you want to consider the hymen issue, which I let fall under stroke. The story had a good flow to it, and didn't waste detail on things we really didn't need to know.
If the author screwing up the hymen location doesn't throw you out of a sex scene, this is very good stroke material with a strong plot to go with it. In that case, I highly recommend it. If it is going to bother your enjoyment, you may still like the story, as it is well written, or you may not. It's still worth the read, IMO.
