Another fine story from one our favorite authors. I suppose a review is necessary so some one looking for a stroke story doesn't get the wrong impression of this gem.
This is about the Peacemaker. He is the protector of the empire, no matter what other people may want. And some of the ones with power or wealth conflict with his ethics and mission. This is set in a medieval time period. There is magic and spiritual themes. Through the story he is dispensing Peacemaker justice to right various wrongs and keep the empire intact. No surprise this always involves violence. As of chapter 13 there has not been any romance but it is hinted that romance is on the way.
As usual a good story of right overcoming wrong from our author. If you enjoy his stories you will enjoy this one. The chapters are short and make a quick read.
