Traveling in time event happens when Vinci, a technician repairing a machine that propels people back in time and retrieves them after a short time. Only Vinci was not supposed to take a trip in time, only fix the machine.
On his little vacation back in time, Vinci has to learn how to live in this new-old world. He has a historical confrontation that explains his trip. Brookell has penned a remarkable little time travel story that is excellent reading.
