Redhead Riley is asked out on a date by the last person she expected, the school Ice Queen, Sabrina—who’d just turned down her best friend. Was she even into girls? Though, given how Riley is aware of just how attractive Sabrina is, maybe she is—or at least enough into girls to try this out.

This is a nearly pitch-perfect short novella, exactly structured and paced. It’s also a sweet queer romance about a girl slowly coming to accept her unrecognized sexuality. The sex, once it finally arrives is indeed hot, as in hot enough to convince not just Riley but the reader.

A nice bite-size tale when you have a few spare moments.
