This follows from Book 1, "Robledo Mountain" in the same vein. A good, interesting story which seems to give an Aussie some information about pre Civil War times in the south-west of the US. Story seems to flow for me and I can visualise the scenery & locations (I might be wrong in my imaginings, but hey!).

My reading between some of the lines has been substantiated as I got further into the story, which in my view helped keep the suspenders up in what was happening.

Despite being posted to SOL, both Book 1 and 2 are good enough that I would have NO hesitation in sending them to my 16 yr old grand-daughter to read. There is NO SEX, as such, just 'possibilities'.

Keep up the very good work.
