Reviewed:
Earlier, I reviewed "Shameless", which is my favorite of all the "The Shack" stories penned by "Todd_d172" and is a companion to this one. Please read "Shameless (2)" before you read this, but first maybe you should build a fire in your fireplace and have an iced vodka at hand.
"Shameless (2)" was told from the point of view of "Grease", a rather grungy, down-and-out individual who was rescued by his association with the woman known as "Shameless".
In "...Parable of Wolves" "Shameless" tells her story, and it's a powerful one. She's telling it to her children, and to make it interesting and a bit less dark, she substitutes animals for the main human characters.
I have yet to read a story by "Todd_d172" that I didn't like, particularly the ones featuring the denizens of "The Shack". As I said previously, these two rank very high in my personal collection.
Should you decide to read more "The Shack" stories, be sure to read them in order if they have a number in the title.
