Reviewed:
Mr. Raining has done it again! He has written another excellent story in impeccable English, complete with translations of certain words which might not be familiar to North American readers.
His characters are well drawn, rather than the cardboard cutouts one finds in so many works. His characters could be your friends or neighbours, although there are two or three that you might not want in the latter category!
As is usual with this author, the plot is well thought out and has almost as many twists and turns as a corkscrew. These are sufficient to keep the reader interested and engaged but not so complex that it becomes difficult to follow the story.
I fully recommend this book (I would not be writing a review if I didn't think it worth reading). Read it, enjoy it and I am sure that you will agree with me.
Why have I only given scores of 9 and not 10? I have never given a score higher than 9. If I did, there would be nothing left for the impossibly good book that will probably never be written!
