Reviewed:
Okay, I have come to the determination that Reviewers are either blind or stupid. I'm basing this on the fact that not a single one of the 31 stories D.T. Iverson has posted has ever been reviewed! Boy did we ever blow this one!
It's time to fix that because the story I just read, 'The Tugboat Man and the Lost Continent', is FAN-fucking-TASTIC! ALSO... it is only the first of a four story series (for those of us who LOVE "series" YAAAAY!).
::Hops down off of my soapbox:: Anyways this story is about a parent's basement dwelling nerd who makes a big bunch of money "hacking", who then goes to live on Bimini, where he hooks up with and falls in love with an Atlantian Priestess with mental powers and gains immortality! Is that geeky or WHAT?
Here's the thing though... it is WELL written and one heck of a funny, endearing romantic, adventure romp!
Plot: LOL... read it... It would take 4 pages to explain the damn thing... just know that it is a GREAT plot!
Technical: I rarely read a story that doesn't have at least one "oopsie". I didn't find a ONE! The technical quality of the writing is also exemplary.
Appeal: This this was SOOOOO good I am grumbling to myself because writing this review is keeping me from reading the next story in the series! Just read it. As I said this story was GREAT and you will NOT regret reading it!
