The MC in this story finally understands the term "hero" as it is applied to him. The author writes "a hero is no braver than an ordinary man, but he is braver five minutes longer", a description with which I agree wholeheartedly.

Oh to be young, Ann Douglas created an enticing tale of a seventeen year old hero, a dark haired girl who needed rescuing, the girl's boyfriend and the forty year old actress.
I started reading this story wasting away a Sunday afternoon noticing, it was quite good, well written, enjoyable and full of sex for the hero.
Ann Douglas a very talented author has created a great story of a weekend tryst, completed epically.

Its a very good, sexy story that I recommend to everyone except the readers of Fine Stories that aren't supposed to know about sex. There isn't a lot I can say about what happens in the story without giving spoilers. The characters seem real to me, as do the situations.
The plot is good for the amount of events that happen, about 3 days worth. I will give it a seven, which is a B. I didn't see any Technical Quality issues. However I don't like to give tens unless I am just blown away by a story. I'll compromise and call it a nine. The story is very good, which is an A, or an eight.
I am going to look an see how many other stories on SOL are by this author. Based on this story, reading more of them would be a good use of my time. Later, after research. The author has well over 100 stories, some dating back to 1999, including more than a few reviewed by Celeste. If you read her review of Dear Prudence, everything I should have said is in her review.
