2: Good Year for the Roses by Denham Forrest Although I could have put any of Denham's stories here, this one has stuck with me since I first read it a couple years ago.
Denham so accurately illustrates the foibles, the successes and the failures of being human that all but the most insensitive clod will feel an occasional involuntary catch in their throat as they read many of Denham's stories.
3: Solo by JenniferAnn Really good ... for the aviators out there or those who wish of being.
All the nervousness and tension of that first time "around the patch" alone can be felt the way Jennifer presents her first "Solo".
Fun read.
