You missed a major category. Dominant female(not a shemale/chick with dick) feminizes submissive male by forcing the submissive male to wear female clothing.

You might want to try the Eric olafson saga by Vanessa revencroft, if your looking for a good long read with multiple sub plots, action, mystery, sci-fi etc this is the story for you. fair warning there is very little sex in the whole saga and none detailed so if your looking for a series of stroke stories these don't fit the bill.
