Would pref for it to have a good amount of action and length (the longer the better).
Something like a mix between a coming of age story and god of war (killing all the gods) would be amazing.

I think you meant Iliad there Argon.
Don't remember all the details and short on time atm, but Darkness and Light I think it was. By Robberhands?

Maybe not exactly what the OP is looking for, but close enough to be an enjoyable read.
The Smith by Shaddoth has Hephaestus as the narrator, its more Marvel /DC comic book universe than mythology.

There is a series of short stories under https://storiesonline.net/series/430/kallistes-storytime although they may not be exactly what you are looking for. Unfortunately the author died a few years ago, one of the side-effects being that the stories require Premier Membership nowadays.
They have been re-worked on a different site, possibly the one Nulaak83 was pointing you at. Another - parallel - story was published under the author's real name, Bruce Bretthauer, I think it was called Kassandra's Song.
Several of Bruce Bretthauer's stories are available as print or ebooks. Kalliste was published in three volumes. Storytime is a separate volume.
Cheers

I was going to suggest going to beyondthefarhorizon.net, but the Kallliste stories aren't there. There are a bunch of others tho.
...and anyway, the Kalliste stories are of Cretan, not Greek gods (although it is noted that they're the same, just with different names), Kalliste is well past 'coming of age' having been married and borne a daughter and is neither a god nor a mortal, being an agent of one of the gods, and there are no battles or smiting (although there is a battle of wits with Yahweh).
The Kalliste's Storytime stories here are short independent tales that fit within the framework built by the main Kalliste story, being tales told by Kalliste of events where she was acting for the gods (but told as if a story handed down through the ages), including being the midwife for Jesus' birth. The main story (which is no longer on BtFH and is not here either) is modern-day, although a few of the gods do appear and there are some story-in-story tales of the past going back to Roman/Greek/Cretan times.

Is the main story 20-some chapters? If so, I have it in HTML form. If I get bored enough I'll run it through Calibre and turn it into an ebook (epub).
Kassandra's Song was 16 chapters on BtFH, Kalliste was 40 chapters.
The series of Kalliste short stories here seems to be an earlier version of the version on BtFH. The stories were integrated into the larger framework there, something which sometimes looked a bit artificial.
There were also a couple of short stories (Bull Dancer, The Wrong Revenge) over there which are related but separate.
Looking again: The Kalliste stories on this site also existed over there, possibly in an even earlier version. There were 16 of them and they were mostly superceded by the 40 chapter story.
Take a look at Ahead of the Game by Night Wolf [Yellow Snow]. An oldie but goodie - like a lot of us.

Game World by The Blind Man https://storiesonline.net/library/storyInfo.php?id=11958 is a Greek Hero odyssey with a thin modern twist that doesn't get in the way. Warmly recommended :)
That's the one I PMed him about actually. It's a bit odd, but definitely has Greek mythology in it.
He's an odd author. He started incredibly strong with the Joel & Carrie story (at least in its early chapters) but after that it's like he couldn't focus anymore. Anyway, happy to help.
Haven't read a ton of his work, "Great and Terrible Things" and "Faith, Hope, and Love" are the only two other than "High School Again? Ugh!" I've read by him.
