Was hoping to get some recommendations on some sword and sorcery type stories on the site
Lord Winter's 'Storm and Stone' would be a good choice. Unfortunately, it is not complete, is slow to update. But it is good as far as it has gotten.
You may like this story and the author's other stories.

I don't normally go in for these types of stories but I like Sword Saint.
https://storiesonline.net/universe/934/original-realm-of-magic-and-magical-beings by https://storiesonline.net/a/QM fits, much longer on the sorcery than the swords.
https://storiesonline.net/series/636/wizards-apprentice by https://storiesonline.net/a/SeaLife also fits. He was going to write more but stopped over 10 years ago.
https://storiesonline.net/a/Kenn_Ghannon has completed the first part of https://storiesonline.net/s/19437/runesward and should be releasing a second part this year.
https://storiesonline.net/universe/88/feldare by https://storiesonline.net/a/Mack_the_Knife became "premier members only" recently.
Much shorter is https://storiesonline.net/s/52010/the-dragons-backbone by https://storiesonline.net/a/Oz_Ozzie.
DeeBee's Hidden Heritage is excellent.

I'll second Ernest's recommendation for Sword Saint. Shaddoth's Hero The Escape is also worth reading. https://storiesonline.net/s/19761/hero-the-escape
He is currently posting The Smith which has villains and super heros along with a few left over Greek Gods. More Cape Shit than SF&F, but well done.
A New Beginning by Ka Hmnd. He also has a few other fantasies on SOL which would qualify as Sword & Sorcery.
Runesward is a pretty good one, I believe the author is close to releasing the second part as well.

Legacy of a Legend, by yours truly, based upon the Skyrim video game. Sex, swords, magic, dragons ...
I really enjoyed The Bard's Tales by R22CoolGuy. Read them in order :)

If you have a premium membership, P I And Magic by Volentrin, might be up your alley.
Story: https://storiesonline.net/s/45071/p-i-and-magic
Author: https://storiesonline.net/a/Volentrin
Sequel: https://storiesonline.net/s/45834/p-i-and-magic-book-ii-the-gods-return
Edit: Another good story by Volentrin is, In The King's Army, but it's sadly not finished.
Story: https://storiesonline.net/s/53377/in-the-kings-army
Also worth reading by Volentrin is The Fallen.
https://storiesonline.net/s/47844/the-fallen
Labeled Sci-Fi, I would call it high fantasy. The description leaves much out. The Fallen is a compact story that would be ruined by a review that would have to give spoilers to make sense.
It is a stand alone story, but had the promise of being a new story universe. Unfortunately Volentrin passed away 12 years ago, so it was not to be.
I would call it high fantasy.
High Fantasy is Elves, Dwarves, orcs, and magic in a medieval setting. Something on the lines of the Lord of the Rings.
I skimmed through the first couple of chapters. The Fallen is most definitely NOT high fantasy.
If you have a premium membership I would highly recommend the Battlemage series I can't remember the author
Risq?
Risq.
If you start with the The World of the Battlemages universe you will have a long time reading, 16 books. Well worth it.

I always thought this unfinished story didn't receive the attention it deserves. I look at it a few times a year hoping for an update. Never happens. Its not Sword and Sorcery if you are using Robert E. Howard as the benchmark but its a good Fantasy with magic and similar lore.
