WHERE to find the definitions for the tags

There are two places.

1. on the left side on the home page (Tag Definitions link).
2. Authors/Editors and then Tag Definitions.

so under their rules those tags should theoretically never be used.

Yet you can still select them when posting a new story. And the submission rules say the ages must be 14 or older.

That's why I'm asking. I'd like to know what the final decision is. I believe the tag definitions need to be updated, but I want to be sure (I just started a new story).

There are several places on the site where age is mentioned. So the description in those places should also be updated to be consistent.

If we were to examine the minimum legal age for engaging in sexual activities, we would find there is no standardization. If we were to examine the age at which young people begin to engage in sexual activities, in general, we would find the age to be below the legal minimum limit. As long as this age difference between legal age and actual age exists, we authors will have problems writing stories that accurately reflect reality.

How should farmers hide that knowledge from their kids? In the TV series about the Yorkshire Shepherdess and her large family, kids who are barely larger than toddlers know all about breeding sheep, and even help at lambing time.

Education and knowledge of something should not be bad.
Application can be bad.

A large part of the problem is who is doing the education.

Parents are often reluctant to explain sex to their kids and don't do it. Part of the problem is the parent does not provide accurate information.

Kids also receive information from their peers. But that information often contains errors.

I have forgotten so much of the details of my dad explaining sex to me. Overall, he confused me. When he asked me if I wanted him to ask my mom to join us and strip, the discussion went downhill. The thought of embarrassing my mom in that fashion turned me off and all I wanted to do is end the talk. so I probably stop listening to what he said.

In many ways, schools are just as bad, if not worse; some of the teachers add personal opinions, instead of limiting their presentation to factual information.

The issue I have with your statements is use of the word kids. At what age does a young person need to know about the details of how to engage in sex. Too young is not good neither is too old. Both lead to pregnancy or some other problem.

The age should not be a factor of time. I should be about degree of maturity. Unfortunately, many people equate maturity with age, but children do not mature at the same rate.
