Ernest is right that way works nicely. Also you can include a link to your stories list page for that site in the same way. I admit while I enjoy your work, I don't read it all. Some just doesn't appeal to me so I pass it by, nothing against your skill as a story teller. Heck I am the same way with all the writers I tend to follow. I do tend to bookmark the writers page however rather than an individual story.
