Another story I want to spotlight, though this one does get some notice in the forums: The Way Back by Always Raining. Content warning: it's an amnesia mystery story.
It's also a tightly written tale about the slow process of recovery and reconnecting. If you can't remember anything about either being attacked or your marriage, how much do you trust a spouse that has moved on? When all evidence points to her fiancΓ© but she insists he's innocent, what then?
Good stuff. I like a lot of Always Raining's works, though some feel a bit repetitive, but this is my clear standout. (Though if you're sick of amnesia mysteries, you may want to skip it.)
