Context stated as in pervert, molester, etc. Only timeline appears to be in the age of DVD. Speech patterns nondescript leaning towards American. Chester the molester from Hustler magazine fits on all counts.
I had never heard of Chester the Molester, but now that I know about it I believe the term "chester" is derived from that. Although Chester went after girls, but it may be synonymous with pedophile.
