No limit other than a practical limit. Less than 20 words is permitted but it would be what I consider to be a story.
Rule 13 states 'An author's first effort for posting on the site must be at least 750 words.'

I wasn't asking what the limit for submitting the story is. I was wondering if posted short story on this site, would it work? Like would people read it or no?

People will certainly read it. Whether or not they will actually like it... Well, that's a totally separate issue...
I wrote primarily short stories and they did well enough. Some were 7,500 words or less as that was the limit I set for myself for a time.
Some people here even enjoy "Flash stories" of just a couple hundred words.
Not me, I prefer a longer story with character development, etc.
Many people like a story they can read on their phone, and in an hour or less. Sometimes ten or fifteen minutes of less.
Will they read it is more about their interests, kinks, and squicks.
Avoid scat, beastiality, snuff, etc.
M/F, M/f, m/f, teens, Fucking and Blowjobs, seems to be what a majority of people want.
Some things, such as Polygamy, anal sex, Trans, Humiliation/Cuck. Have very "loud" advocates and opponents.
YMMV.
Always triple check your spelling, grammar, and sentence/paragraph structure, and use of punctuation, quotation marks, etc.
It seems you are likely to get more readers with "vanilla" but well described porn; but more comments if you included some "kinks"
I don't write what I Feel/think others will read. I write the stories "in me" that I want to tell; trying to make it readable.

In this story, there are going to be character under 18(but not below 16), so I can't post it anywhere else. That's why I asked if a short story would work on this site, it's not meant to be a long drawn story. It's just "wank it" porn story.
