Looking for stories revolved around a teen (15-18) that gets put into a coma via accident or health reasons but gets awakened as an adult (mid 30s pref) then has to learn how to navigate being an adult after years of beingin a coma.

Yeah i was looking for something with a bigger gap and the teen seeing how his love ones all moved on, like seeing his girlfriend 10 years later married with kids and shit.
I have read "always raining" i remember not liking the romance conclusion of that story, i would rather read something were the guy moves on with his life and not chasing the past.
I've mentioned here before The Road Taken...And Taken by Bruce Bretthauer & Colin Keizer, available over on BtFH. It is a young/old do-over/swap, with a 10YO and mid-20's swapping, so about the age gap you want, just a bit younger.
ETA: The 10YO assumes she's been in a coma as, of course, she can't remember anything of her teen years.
