Stories like game of thrones with kingdom building, politics and intrigue in a medieval world.
With sexy stuff of course.

FantasyLover has a couple that qualify{

'Of Honor and Betrayal' https://storiesonline.net/s/72175/of-honor-and-betrayal

'When in Rome' is about a modern soldier who is transported to around 200 BC in another reality: https://storiesonline.net/s/20316/when-in-rome-by-fantasylover
'Young Warrior' is about a fresh warrior from his clan that is sent to help a neighboring kingdom fight off an invasion, and how his skills and training allow him to majorly affect the conflict.
IF you can't tell I really like FantasyLover's stories.
Jay Cantrell has a couple :

https://storiesonline.net/s/17413/the-rise-of-azkoval
For those which care about such things, The Rise of Azkoval is unfinished. Great story, but unfinished.
Going back to Argon, he also wrote https://storiesonline.net/s/72279/the-tales-of-tanitsar
Colt45's stories are Premier Only nowadays. He wrote a post apocalyptic trilogy set in a world which has reverted to medieval:

G Younger's The Third Son should be a neat fit -- but I can't compare it to Game of Thrones since I never played.

Trade Routes โ A Universe from the Mind of Crunchy
https://storiesonline.net/universe/464/trade-routes
An indeterminate time period sometime between 1000 B.C. and 500 A.D. Focuses on cultures and trade routes within this time in a general unidentifiable way. More of an overview than history lesson
Ka Hmnd has a number of stories set in Medieval-type worlds, often with some magic. Often with intrigue, but generally short stories; or episodic.
Late Antiquity rather than Medieval, but John Wales's Proeliator is a long story set in Europe and West Asia, and has plenty of battles, politics, and kingdom-building.
Scotland The Brave has a number of stories in that vein, set in historical Scotland during the Viking age.

Set at the end of Roman occupation in England:

Smilodon has several stories set in Anglo-Saxon, Viking, Byzantine and medieval English cultures.
@Argon is being too modest. As @Radagast recommends his Knights and Commoners are worth reading, but so are the

stories. In fact, all of his stories are worth reading, and have gotten better over time. I'm looking forward to his next story. (hint, hint ;) )
Excellent stories, but they don't fit the "medieval" requirement.
Neither did Game of Thrones
medieval" requirement.
They have to involve medicine (medi) or evil (eval is not a word.) Maybe evaluate?
Banadin has an ongoing serial set in not-quite-Cornwall during the Dark Ages, somewhere else in the multiverse.
https://storiesonline.net/s/29856/cast-in-time-baron
Based on past experience he will probably remove it shortly after completion to sell on Amazon, so best to read it as it is published here, rather than wait for it to be completed.
I was really hopping to see if there were stories on this thread that I missed but I have read them all.
I ran a Boolean search of SOL stories based on the words medieval,"dark ages" and serf. These were among the titles that were returned.
