medieval historical fiction

I'm looking for stories set in europe during the medieval period. Something akin to FantasyLover or Argon. You know, the peasant or lower noble is elevated in station for deeds nobly done.

Try this one. Wilhan Dragonslayer -- a Ring Sword Saga

How about Always on Guard by Jay Cantrell, or Sea King by Colt45, or Law of the Blood by Robberhands, or Proeliator by John Wales, or A Leader Born by Invid Fan, or A Genius in King Aurthur's Court by auguy86, or Surviving by Scotland-the-Brave, or the Feldare stories by Mack the Knife.

A Mercenary's Tale by 2 Flags.

You might find some of the stories in the Damsels in Distress stories interesting too, as well as R22CoolGuy's Bard's Tales series.

Of course, there's also Sir Walter Scott's "Ivanhoe" which you can find for free at Project Gutenberg :o)

Oops, Smilodon's stories are premier membership only.

Andrew J. Offutt, the science fiction/fantasy author and pornographer, wrote a series of stories that take place in the Holy Land during the Third Crusade. The protagonist is a commoner who saves the life of Richard the Lionhearted and becomes the king's friend. There is a lot of sex in the stories. Usually, each chapter of plot alternates with a chapter devoted to sex.

Offutt used the pen name John Cleve for these stories, called collectively The Crusader series (5 volumes). They are available as Kindle Unlimited on this page: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=dp_byline_sr_ebooks_1?ie=UTF8&text=John+Cleve&search-alias=digital-text&field-author=John+Cleve&sort=relevancerank
