So, there I was, living large, and (occasionally) puttering away at writing one of several stories that I have at sort of a (very) low boil.....
Pro Tip: If you think/write like I do, it is unhelpful having more than one story in progress at one time. My efforts get so diluted, that no one story really makes a lot of progress. (BTW, this tip assumes that I am any sort of pro, so, there is that to consider, as well)
In any event, I had heard a song (Hardy: "Signed, Sober You")that inspired yet ANOTHER tangent, yet another story stub-in-progress. It had occurred to me that it might be interesting if someone with knowledge of my future self could contact me, and shine some light upon some of my poor life choices, perhaps I would straighten myself up.
Sort of like Hardy's protagonist in "Signed, Sober Me".
I imagined this to be some generations off descendent, who by some Majick would/could personally confront me.
It has been while picking at that story, that I encountered the story, "The Time Traveler's Baby Daddy" (the colored text is the link, I think!)
Until I get something completed and posted, I encourage one and all to read this tale, and enjoy it. I have it in my library here on SOL, now!
