In Junior Year II (Chapter 29 - Operation Prom) David takes Kate and Adrienne to Prom. At the end of the night he passes on spending time with them because of the promise he made to his mom.
In the original version he decided to have fun... Many readers of the pre-release read it. We received feedback that said that it wasn't in character for David to go against his promise to his mom, so we pulled it out.
I've received several emails asking why it wasn't in the SOL version, so I decided to let you decide if it should be added back.
