I tried to enter the Halloween contest but ran into trouble. The rules stated that the entry had to be 4,000 words. I tried, but the story I came up with just couldn't be expanded that far without losing what I wanted to say. It probably wouldn't have qualified anyway as I was using Mark Reynolds in it, and anyone who had read the two previous stories about him would know it was me.
The story I first intended to use was about a werewolf, but it was too far out of my comfort zone to make sense. Maybe I can get it together enough for next year.
Now that I got back into the Mark Reynolds persona I'll try to finish up Full Court Press, the next story in the series.

Just starting a blog, and wondering if anyone has a favorite story they would like a sequel to. I am currently working on sequels to One new Horizon (By Crom), Summer nights and Autumn Knight (Solstice sky) and On the rebound, (Full Court Press).
When I did Autumn Knight the reception was not all that great, and I am thinking of redoing it as well.
Full court Press is probably the farthest along right now. I got some help on the Forum with it and just have to sit down and concentrate to get it done.
I think I'm done with living in the hospital with my wife for now as she is doing much better, and can get some work taken care of.
