Dear readers,
Chapter 5 is up, meaning that the 'Prologue' of Book 3 is now posted. Part I will start in a few days, with the arrival of Muireann and Tommy.
Apologies for the garbled characters that crept in to the posts for a few minutes, until it was quickly fixed by Lazeez. Entirely my fault. Whoever came up with the saying "Third Time's the Charm" was a liar, because here we are in chapter 5 and still I messed it up!
I hope you are enjoying the story. I always enjoy your comments and critique, good or bad, so please do send me a note!
Cheers

Dear readers,
At long last, Book 3 of the Hook, Pick & Lens series will start posting here later this week. It is entitled Shutter Release, and chapters will be posted a few times a week over the coming months. It is a hefty book, weighing in around 500k words.
The story picks up right where Depth of Field ended, and relies heavily on events from the previous two books; therefore, familiarity with the ongoing plot and characters is necessary. If you haven't read the first two books, or if you have but plan on rereading them before starting Shutter Release, please know that I have just posted updated versions of them, with many corrections, edits, and so forth.
Cheers

Hello readers,
December is here, and I'm still alive. Better than that, in fact: I am very close to getting the draft of Book three of the HPL series fully drafted. The story will be going out for editing in the next week or two, so I expect that chapters will start posting here sometime shortly after the new year. So stay tuned, and have great holiday season!
Cheers

Dear readers,
Haven't posted an update here in a bit, but progress continues to be made on the third book of the Hook Pick Lens series. With some luck a draft will be finished in the next few months. If you're interested in more detailed updates and info, feel free to join in over at Patreon. Once the draft is done, editing will begin and then the story will start posting here.
Cheers

Not being around the past few years, I missed the sad news of the passing of BlackIrish. Bill did some 'casual' (as he called it) editing/proofing on the second half of Opus One. He never felt it was enough to be credited, but I appreciate his many contributions to the community here, and Opus is yet another thing he generously worked on. He was a great guy, avid reader, very giving with his time and knowledge, and he is missed.
