OK, there's a little bit of confusion out there as to where part 1) is.
Somehow the formatting removed the part 1 + 2 from the chapters. So, part one is chapters 1 to 8) Part two is chapters 9 to 16). Part three will be chapters 17 to 24).
So far I've only got up to chapter 18) Plus I'm writing extra Mage chapters for the published version.

Good news, I finally got the last chapter of Mage away to my friend and proofreader Spin. Weighing in at 108 chapters I'll be increasing the posting to two or three times a week. I'm also writing a few more chapters for The Cure, but I'll only release them when part three is complete.

Was leader of the Amity caucus in the Council which promoted investigating all aspects of a problem before any action was taken. Captured by Merlin in 1983 he was used to place a simulacra of Merlin directly into the Council by tapping directly into his neural cortex which gave anyone scanning him the information that they were dealing with the real Hermes. Merlin used this position to disrupt the Council's initiative against the Coalition during the collapse of the Soviet Union. Hermes remained under suspended animation until the Council's Healing Magic department freed him from his torment in 1999 AD. Now retired from the Council.
