I have reread this story, and rewritten and edited it using Grammarly. Originally three chapters it is now seven. In re-reading it I found the chapters much too long and sometimes disjointed. So, while there is now new material in the first six chapters, chapter seven includes what Joanie is doing in life after the Junkyard. I originally titled this story Joanie and the Junkyard but changed it to Hog Wild. I feel the original title is apropos and will enable me to write other "Joanie" stories.
Before having dinner with Ashley, Federico Salazar introduces her to Cliff Ainsley, manager of another Marriott. She leaves hot to trot for a date with Darren Doyle. Meanwhile, Federico goes to his suite and finds Maxine Marshall waiting for him, naked in his bed.
By taking over the Marriott Hotel ADA retrofit job Ashley McClain proves to her father how professionally and efficiently she can bring new profits to the family business. She further impresses not one but two Hotel Managers. Nick DiAngelo is propositioned by a maid and has a quickie in one of the bathrooms he is working on.
The new construction is eight chapters which will continue. Just as I have been doing to all of my stories I have been rewriting and re-editing so the original four chapters have been shortened. I have taken the ending I intended for Ashley McCain into a different and I consider more sensible for a young girl who intends taking over the family business. The new chapter seven reflects that as does chapter eight.
Ellen's grandson Corey comes to Albuquerque to play baseball against the University of New Mexico. Ellen asks him to stay the weekend with him. Ellen goes to the game with Duffy. She stops off at her house so Corey can take a shower. They have dinner at Mananan's, Duffy's Tavern.
