I'd love to hear your thoughts behind your answers to these questions.
Chapter 5 ended with Ezra standing blindfolded in front of the mirror and telling Ken that he could do anything he wanted with her.
Chapter 6 will begin with Ken testing exactly how far he could go with Ezra.
Sex is definitely on the menu (he just needs to ask for permission first). But before that, he could do all the naughty things he wanted with Ezra.
Ken is one lucky son of a bitch.
What Would You Do?
What would you do if you were Ken in this scenario?
Imagine you have a friend you’ve known for a long time. She’s attractive and way out of your league. You have never lusted after her before. But now you find yourself being able to do anything you want with her. You’re in your room. No one is watching. No one needs to know what you’re about to do.
What would you do?
Just to paint a better picture, imagine the scene Ken is in:
- They were all alone in his room, and no one was watching
- She’s wearing a red dress with the hemline ending at mid-thigh
- She’s braless. Ken had watched her reaching below her dress and removing her red thong earlier
- Ezra’s body is similar to Denise's. Thin with D-cup breasts. Though Ezra has wider hips than Denise.
I’ve already written what Ken’s going to do in Chapter 6. But if you’re feeling inspired, tell me what you would do if you were Ken. Just for fun.
Yes, Chapter 6 is coming, thanks to those who have told me through their comments and score how much they wanted me to continue.
It’s going to be a big chapter, almost 18k words. Much longer than the regular RSI chapter.
Chapter 6 should be up in a day or two. Perhaps it's a good time to re-read the last part of Chapter 5 for a recap of the scene with Ezra.
For those of you who are waiting, Chapter 6 is on the way. You can expect long, graphic sex with major plot advancement in this chapter.
I’ve just sent it over to the editors. It will be up as soon as the edits are done.
Chapter 6 is going to be a big chapter. It is almost 18,000 words. That’s the length of many standalone stories by itself.
The challenge with writing a big chapter is it took me a long time to get it done. Just reading it alone would take at least an hour at more reading speed. And that’s excluding the editing.
I’ve also been busy with work, so I’ve limited time available to write. Many readers have encouraged me to start a Patreon so that I can devote more time to writing. That’s a great idea and something I would be looking into.
Chapter 5 ends with Ken and Ezra in front of the mirror, with her telling him that he could anything he likes with her. So Chapter 6 will begin with just that.
Hope you continue to enjoy the story.
I started watching a show called Atypical. It’s a comedy-drama show about a high-functioning autistic high school boy (on a spectrum) who started dating.
He started learning how to date from different people. His sister, his therapist (not Ezra), and his friends.
The autistic boy, Sam, reminded me a lot of Ken. (Incidentally, I started naming the MC of RSI as Sam when I first started writing, before changing it to Ken. Weird, huh). Even though Ken is not autistic, Ken has many “quirks” like Sam. There are even lines from RSI that appears word-for-word in the show.
I was like OMG, there are so many similarities between RSI and Atypical (minus the graphic sex, even though there’s still sex).
I wished I had watched Atypical before writing RSI. Perhaps I could have written a better story. Or maybe I could write from the perspective of an autistic person finding love in the future once I’m done with RSI.
I have a story idea similar to RSI. It’s about a boy who suffers from the fear of intimacy. He signed up an ad for a social experiment to conquer his fear. The researcher is a sex psychologist who lived in something like a sex commune. As part of the research, the boy is “forced” to have sex with a lot of girls. The psychologist wanted to see if having sex frequently could help him to remove his fears. But eventually, I decided to go with RSI instead.
According to the show, only 9% of people with autism got married. Not because they lack the desire, but because they don’t know how to do it.
Desire. Desire for love. Desire for intimacy.
People who are neurodivergent, the opposite of neurotypical, or people whose brains are considered different like Ken, have the same desire to be loved (and have sex) like everyone else.
I’ve received several comments and emails telling me how much they relate to Ken. While not everyone has intimacy issues, anxiety or not-normal like Ken, there are many people who find it difficult to find love or fit in.
If only everyone has a Lisa or an Ezra in their life.
Anyway, if you’re looking for a show to watch, check out Atypical on Netflix.
For those of you who groaned in frustration at the end of Chapter 5...
I promise to make up to you with lots of sex in the next few chapters. Steamy sex scenes with Ezra, then foursome, then anal sex. RSI is starting to get into the very exciting part of the story.
Chapter 6 is also going to be very pivotal for Ken's journey. I've been dying to introduce Ezra since Chapter 1, so I'm glad we've gotten this far.
But all this is assuming readers still enjoy RSI and want me to continue the story. So your scores, feedbacks and comments will be very useful to help me decide if Ch. 6 is going to manifest.
