Hello readers! Okay, so I will be posting another chapter for The Carver today, and I'd like to thank you all for such a nice reception on it's first day. I was told Mondays can be pretty slow for new postings so I got a little worried it may get missed. Though I think Sat/Sun are the slowest I've seen on this site. I guess you all have actual lives huh? That's good (I hope) personally I like my reclusive life. *She says this and yet despises online learning and working. -_-*
It's my second week on a new med too, and I don't think I like it so far. My doc said to give it a month, however it seems to have killed my creative drive, and so for now Adrianna will be on a hiatus (don't worry though if you are a fan of Communism without Coffee, I have a few chapters there ready for posting so it's bi-weekly update is not [yet] threatened). So yeah, it's no wonder people on this med aren't (as) depressed or anxious, kinda hard to be either when you're in a constant mental pause. I can't explain it any other way.
Anyway! Once more, if you are new and curious about the Carver, and have arachnophobia, DO NOT VIEW THE COVER!!! It has a jumping spider front and center. I don't want to cause anyone a heart/panic attack.
Oh, it probably wouldn't be a 'proper' blog from me if I didn't once mention this, the weather here is being super crazy. I woke up and it was white-out skies (Overcast, not snow thank gawd!), then it cleared up, and then there was some sunshine and RAIN. Luckily my cat wasn't outside so no matting fur. Now it's overcast and sunny...I have a lovely view of mountains in the distance so I can see a lot of sky. (I should, this is Montana for crying out loud, Big Sky country. >< )
Anyway! I'm gonna leave you with that and try to stimulate my vacationing creative mind.
As always, thank you all so much for being amazing and I hope you have a wonderful day, I'm always happy to hear from you.

Hello readers! I have mentioned in a few past blogs I've been working on a collaboration story. Welp, today I'm posting the first chapter in "The Carver: Daddy's Girl"! ^_^ I'm excited about this. Working with Ashley has been a blast! I can't thank him enough for all the insights and assistance. Also, and this is quite important,
ARACHNOPHOBIC WARNING!!! If you have Aracnophobia PLEASE DO NOT view the cover art. (Unless jumping spiders don't scare you)
Okay, that's out of the way. I hope you enjoy the story, I'll be posting a second chapter on Wednesday since (due to med issues and depression/anxiety/other) I don't have anything ready for Adrianna...
As always, a HUGE thank you to all you wonderful readers, please enjoy!

Hello lovely, lovely people! It would seem summer is officially here in my little corner of the PNW, I'm really looking forward to the hotter temperatures! Such lovely warmth. ^_^
Okay, onto things relating to writings and stories! Because that's the real reason you're following along right? Not just because I'm a total weirdo who is actually entertaining outside of story telling? (Yeah, I'm no comedian, I know...)
So, the collab is going pretty well, and led me down a few interesting rabbit holes relating to human genetics. Can you believe the oldest human genetics they've found (as of me posting this blog...that I know of...) is dated to around 800,000 yrs old?!

Okay, that is a ridiculously long link, but it is one of the sources I read into.
Or you can take my word for it.
Anyway! (I think I use that word too much in my blogs and correspondence with people...) I will be posting an installment for Cw/oC and Adrianna, which I think I am nearing an end point on. Also, did ya catch my latest poem? ^_^;; to those of you who follow the poetry, thank you. I appreciate it and hope it's entertaining for you. I'm pretty sure it's not encouraging in anyway, and if it's inspirational then...you're my people! B-)
I think I'll leave it at that! As always, thank you all so much, I appreciate you all so much!

Good day dear readers! I hope all is well with you. It's turning out to be a sunny day here in the PNW. We've had some showers throughout, but nothing too terrible. I much prefer the sunshine though, it's nice and warm. The week seems to have been going a bit slowly, alas I don't have my solitude anymore. People have returned to this place. Ahh well, it is what it is as the saying goes.
Anyway, I have another installment of Adrianna in the queue
Hello all! Today, despite being so wet, overcast, and cold, is a good day! I finally got that pesky PEG tube removed. I'm happy about it because of the struggle in getting the medical team to do something. I literally threatened to rip it out myself. I did a lot of research on how to do it, and when I explained the process I would have taken to my doctor, things moved a little faster. I'm guessing that meant either I would have caused some serious damage, or I found the correct procedure. (For those who don't know, PEG is a tube that helps people who can't consume food orally. At least that's what I needed it for. They are fixed internally in some fashion, mine was a balloon PEG.)
Anyway, that nightmare is finally behind me, and now, hopefully, I can move forward with my life...easier anyway. No more tube causing searing pain and making it almost impossible to stretch normally. I'm excited!
Moving on, I do apologise for getting a new installment of Adrianna out so late in the week. I got caught up with a few other things (other writing projects and house sitting among those 'things') But I will be submitting a new installment following the posting of this blog. Also, I will be posting another installment of Cw/oC. I've been toying with a third part for FMSK too, probably from the daughter's POV, maybe Alex's. Still in the pipe.
To anyone curious about my cat, she's been losing weight healthily, and I found a homemade food mix she likes that I can easily whip up. Sweet potato, carrot, tuna, and bone broth. She still tries to eat the dogs food though.
I did mention my cat once before right? Ah well, I believe I will end it at that.
Thank you all again, I appreciate you so much! Hope your day is going well. As always, feel free to reach out, I only bite collar bones. ^_^v
