New chapters have been sent to the Moderators for posting.
This week's chapters open with the arrival of those providing the local transportation for the vaccination of the dependents and relatives of the Unit's employees. A date is settled on for the vaccinations and the times and places for picking the people up are arranged.
After the vaccinations, Trish and Cleve decide that the vaccination site would be a good place for the young Tiger cubs to exercise and learn to hunt.
Planning for the mission to New Phnom Penh starts later that same day. It will be a two Team job. Satellite pictures of the southern continent are unavailable. Shuttles are initially unavailable. There are discussions about the order of departure.
Problems develop when they arrive over New Phnom Penh, but are solved by the Marines. Cleve and his Partners track down the surviving guerrillas. Once in the city, they meet with the Prime Minister and receive a through briefing from his Security Chief.
These chapters cover taking care of the unit employees' dependents and relatives plus the beginning of the mission to Phnom Penh and the southern continent.
Enjoy these chapters. more next week.

This week's chapters open with Susie and Clare discovering Kits that can communicate mentally. The three Tiger Partners go hunting, while the Human Partners watch the Kits.
Meanwhile, Trish has a meeting with the Abbot to get him to change his position on removing all of the Chinese merchants.
The Partners return with prey for the Kits to eat. Cleve needs to prepare it for refrigeration, but needs help. The meat is stored in a reefer before they depart.
Kanisha is all excited on learning the news about the Kits. She has many questions, but has trouble with the answers. Greg helps her out, and they eventually get to sleep.
The next day Kanisha leads the mission to Vientiane. They eventually learn where the worst guerrillas are and go to remove them. A little help is required for the removal process. They return to their compound a couple of days after completing the mission.
In these chapters we learn more about Owen's World and about how Special Operations and Enhanced people originated.
Enjoy these two chapters. More next week.

This week's chapters open with the announcement by Admiral Tokugawa of the Total Quarantining of the entire Owen's World System. First Mobile and the Marines are still scheduled to be vaccinated the next day, and they need to prepare for that. Cleve needs more information on vaccine guns.
The following day, Medics arrive from the Pasteur to vaccinate the Marines, those from First Mobile and the ground Partners. Later that day, Cleve and the others determine how many dependents and relatives of their employees they will need to vaccinate.
There is also a discussion about starting their actual mission before Henshaw needs to be dealt with.
While getting ready for their First Mission, they learn about how the planet was discovered and received its name.
It is eventually decided which Teams and which Marine squads will make the trip to the Wat to speak to the Monk who is stirring up many of the displaced farmers. There are also discussions and plans made for the Second Mission and who will be going on it. Della is tasked to obtain additional fuel and food for the missions.
The following day Tiger Team and Team A-31 leave on the First Mission. While visiting the Wat, a startling discovery is made.
These chapters were very interesting to write.

This week's chapters open with the arrival of the Epidemiologist. There is a slight problem with reading the instructions for the vaccine that they had seized.
Bob had been injured on the mission and needed to have the wound treated. His harem goes with him much to the doctor's delight.
At dinner, Trish brings up the need for translators. Della is assigned to find some.
The following day Dr. Bentley recommends vaccinating all of those working for them as well as all of their personnel and the Marines.
Della returns with a couple of translators and a Political Science professor. Later that afternoon the professor and the translators explain to their employees the need to be vaccinated. Also about the need to have their families vaccinated and where it will may take place.
Later Commander Bentley also informs them that the vaccine for their personnel and the Marines will be there in the morning. There is a surprise ending to the chapter.
While these two chapters only cover a short time period, they are very busy with decision making and planning.
Enjoy these chapters. More next week.

This week's chapters open with Tish and the Admiral planning the mission to New Bangkok to retrieve the vaccine.
On reaching the city, things turn out to be different than they had expected. Trish eventually gets the truth from Henshaw.
They now have a new problem but find a solution with the help of the Admiral. While the fleet handles one problem, First Mobile and their Marine escort deal with the second. They have been joined by Hanson's and Gram's squads.
Those at the fortified warehouse ignore the Admiral's warnings to their detriment.
First Mobile demands that the Woos surrender their store of vaccine. Lucy needs to use a spell to make them comply. Later they search the wreckage for the bunker where the vaccine is stored. They have little trouble securing it once in the bunker.
These chapters are full of action, but much of it was not anticipated when they set out. It was also not in my original outline for the story.
