I am experiencing what appears to be a problem with my Word program. I make some edits and save the file. When I reopen it, I find some of the errors that I remember correcting.
Not sure why this is happening for I turned autocorrect off and checked it several times. The only other cause that I can think of is a corrupted file structure. I will assume that is the cause, fix it, and then reedit all the files.
I should be ready to begin posting the story later this week.
I have been busy with a remodel of my house for the past two months. My wife and I have replaced the carpet in five rooms with laminate flooring, replaced the door frame and baseboard molding, and repainted the walls. At 67 and hampered by joint problems and arthritis, that was a big job.
I finally got back to my writing have completed a major edit of my story 'Ancient Abilities'. I am going to let it sit for a day or so, then reread it for content, continuity, and grammar. If there are no problems, I'll post it then.
Yesterday I posted a new story called 'The Actress and the Mudder'. Unfortunately due to a typo, I misspelled Mudder, but corrected that today.
I hope you enjoy the story and I look forward to feedback regarding what type of content my readers enjoy.

I have received several feedback responses from SOL readers. Thank you for your comments and encouragement.
One of my readers, Fast Frank, noted that I should have added a story code for drugs. I agree and sent off a question to the Web Master. The Web Master informed me that SOL's posting template makes codes available if SOL believes that the code is appropriate for the level of Sex selected.
In other words, I selected No Sex because there is no descriptive text describing sexual activities, even though sexual situations were mentioned. Thus SOL limited the codes available for me to select.
I have three options available for the future stories:
1. Select a higher level of Sex than that appropriate for the story content. This will allow additional codes to be available for selection. When I do this, I will add a note in the story description to clarify the actual level of sexual content.
2. Add additional codes in the story description. I will probably use this option if there are only a few codes omitted.
3. Define that some appropriate codes have been omitted. I will probably use this option if there are many codes omitted.
I will have to decided which of the above options to use on a case-by-case basis.
Note: After posting this message, the Web Master noted to me that as defined by SOL the code for drugs is only appropriate if the drugged party is engaging in sex. Thus drug is not valid for a no sex story.
I am a new writer, and Chocolateen is the first story that I have written and posted. I have several additional stories in the hopper. One of those is in editing, thanks Jim S., and I am pre-editing a second story.
If you enjoyed Part 1 of Chocolateen, please be very patient. Part 2 is just a concept at the moment. I will not write and post that story until after the story that I am pre-editing is posted.
As always, constructive criticism is welcomed.
