I have good news and bad news.

The bad news is that, as I expected, I haven't managed to get the next chapter of The Bitch finished. It will appear next weekend.

The good news is that I do have something that is almost ready to post, a story I started a couple of years ago, and never finished. I was able to wrap it up this week.

It's a short (4000 words) seasonal story titled Trick Or Treat With Little Bo Peep, and I'll be doing a final edit on it today to make sure it's ready to share. It will be posted either later today or early tomorrow. Hope you enjoy it.

I have a review! Thanks to rvbuilder for taking the time to review I Won My Wife With A Baseball Bet, and thanks to all those who've read that story over the past couple of days and send me feedback. Is it a coincidence that this review appeared just as the World Series got underway? I think not!

I haven't found much time to write this week, but I promise that there will be a post this weekend. It likely won't be Chapter 43 of The Bitch, as I still have a lot of work to do on that. But I do have something that's nearly done that I think would be appropriate to share - and I think I have enough time to get it polished off and ready to go.

Thanks for your patience! Chapter 42 is now in the queue for posting. I had it finished yesterday, but needed to give it one more read over, so didn't post it till this morning.

This was a difficult chapter to write - and may be a difficult chapter for some to read. There's some backstory that needs to be told about Ian.

Thanks for all the positive feedback over the past few weeks. The next chapter is coming!

The good news is that I got some good writing done tonight. The bad news is that I didn't get enough good writing done tonight.

The next chapter of The Bitch is, I think, about 3/4 written. I have just over 3000 words done now. I will write a bit more tonight, but don't think there is any chance that this chapter will be ready for posting tomorrow.
