FYI and for what it is worth those kid's 1, 2, 3 Cherry Bombs do not appear on Premier stories. Maybe on Bob's when they are on regular SOL.
Just wanted to welcome J Ryter back home here. I got excited for 2.3 seconds when I heard Laz was actually going to do something about that kid and her 1, 2, 3 pals. Then I read the blog again and it was Same old, same old like 4 years ago.
Although I agree with what Jay and others have said, I have turned 'Feedback' off on almost 100 stories. I have deleted some stories and turned voting off on some. That is my complaint too. I have told Laz that his scoring system makes no sense. I also told him that it is his site and RHIP. He runs a very good site. I don't have to like it but my few good stories that start off an 8 and 9 soon spiral to a 6 are rather hard to understand when most reader gave them a 8-10 except for that one reader who seems to always resist anything higher than a 1. I usually only look at those that were showing 10, 20, 30,000 downloads or more.
I also wrote to Jay that one story I did not like, I forgot to tell him that most all of his other stories I thought were great, like Hillside, Finding Shelter, etc.
He was a very nice guy. I know when I first started writing here he advised me not to try and 'fight' the scoring change on SOL since it did no good anyway.
