Comments on The Mission

Posted at Updated:

I just noticed that in ch 3 of The Mission that I referred to Ryan by his other name John Symthe without telling you both names are his.

A reader, Jack, had sent me a series of corrections for Ch 1, 2 and 3 and I will repost those soon.

Another author here had OK'd the similarty that one aspect of this work had with his, Thank You.

Aruba and the murders/kidnappings there are small examples of the widespread nature of the problem.

Repost Ch 1 of Visage I

I tried to make some corrections. Jean Paul is Corsican, Gina is Italian. CH 1 ties into the story with ch 13 and 14. These events are after Paul has met Natasha.

Some new items

I received a very few e-mails from folks who thought things were not as organized as they would like.

I thought about it and realized that the stories I write are for all of you, not for me.

I have tried to look back(being an old man)and recall things, places, events and some stories I have heard.

Usually most have been real, the names, places and dates changed a bit.

It always is a surprise to read how people cannot accept truth yet think fiction comes from the mouth of the divine.

Some of my new stories will be fiction, I have another pen to write some of the more real stories under.

I will continue the Visage series but also write stories using this pen.

Thank You

I just wanted to thank Samantha K, Tedbiker and Phil Brown for some tips they have given me. That's not to discount the content comments and suggestions of others. SOL stories can be quite long and us new writers have to get used to the twists and turns a sory may take.

Visage I to ????

I have started a new storyline, Visage I will run about 50 chapters, the series will or should span several generation. Corsican is special in that it not only has a dialect but blends in words and phrases from several languages. The Union Corse is real, it is quite old and remains out of the eyes of the media.
