All right people, I have finally submitted the next chapter of Future Distorted. Sorry for the very long wait on this story and Anomaly of the Fates but I was stuck for a while on FD and am still a bit stuck on AotF. I have been working on other things, but nothing that has been finished and is postable. For now, I have no idea what will be posted next. It very well may be the next chapter of Future Distorted or one of the new things that I have been working on. So enjoy the new chapter, short though it is, and I hope something new will be ready soon.

I know I have been promising new stuff for a while but timing is going to suck until July for that to happen. Why? The World Cup is going on, of course! Sorry to say, but I am one of the benighted heathens whose lives screech to a halt every four years to watch guys kick a round ball to each other for 90 minutes and call it football. Sorry. I could sit here and wax poetic about the beauty of the game, the wretchedness of the officiating, and the villainy of this or that player (or country) but I will spare you and simply give you an update on where I am on what you do care about: the stories!

For those of you awaiting new chapters on Future Distorted and Anomaly of the Fates, I checked my progress on them last night before bed and it looks like FD Ch7 will be done before the next chapter for AotF will be. It is probably going to be a short chapter given where it is at the moment and I could have it done soon or it could be lingering until the World Cup is over. Getting ramped up for soccer seems to bleed off the energy that could also be used for writing. I am a bit stuck on where to go with AotF at the moment so I really haven't looked at that one since the roadblock went up a few months ago.

What I have been working on, aside from FD, is In the Darkness Falling (sequel to the much loved Enter the Darkness, thank you readers). I have three or four chapters written on that one and I may begin posting them soon. I have also been tinkering with a few other things that I am not sure what I will be doing with as yet. We will see on those.

That is all the news for now. Sorry to be asking for your patience again, but you will be rewarded . . . eventually.

Sorry about this folks, but I did warn you that real life would be intruding on me for the next couple of months. I tried to get this posted several days ago but work and real life got in the way. Having said that, Rage-Part III: Candy has been submitted and should be up later today or tomorrow. This one is from Candy's point of view and shows what she was thinking the night it all went to hell at Exposé. It is going to be the first of at least two stories from Candy's point of view, the second is sexually graphic enough that I may only post it to SOL. That one is only just started and may be a while before I get it posted.

I know, I know! I am overdue to post something I promised to post . . . again! Unfortunately real life intrudes upon my plans far too often for my comfort. Fear not, I have finally managed to get Rage-Part III: Candy entered into the computer between visits from out-of-town relatives, the entire golf world descending on the city, taxes, and work. I will try to get it submitted tomorrow; it is too late to give it one last read-through tonight. Consider this in the nature of an update for those who curse my slow posting schedule.

I know it is a week later than I promised some of you, but I was unaware that most of Rage-Part II was still in handwritten form and it took me a few days longer to type it up than I thought. And then I had to edit it. That being said, Rage-Part II: Outliers has been submitted and will probably be up by tomorrow, later tonight if the Webmaster is rockin' his magic tonight. Part II continues the story of the bouncer from Part I and begins the fantasy/sci-fi (not sure how to classify this one) elements of the series as well as gives some of you who wrote to me after Part I some satisfaction in the way of answers about FitzKiern's past and family.

Since my muse is still whacking me upside the head about this one, Rage-Part III: Candy is completed but in handwritten form as well. Meaning, I will have to type it up and edit it yet but I will endeavor to do that this weekend. Don't count on it being up on the site, however, until next week.

I really am trying to get back to the two open projects as well as getting more of In the Darkness Falling completed so I can start posting it, but my muse is a twisted wench with a mad-on right now about Rage. I will try to steer things in other directions, but Rage-Part IV is already in progress, though that one may have to only be posted on SOL given the explicit sexual content of it. I may try to edit it for Finestories, but I think that would defeat the purpose of the story. We will see.
