Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I would also like to announce the birth of our second great grandchild, a girl. Life has been good. Will try to write more in January.

I am slogging away, next chapter is at 7000 words so far. Average is 11,000 so getting there. Life had got in the way, but in many small good ways. Example a week long birthday party in a beach front condo at Myrtle Beach, also mini reunion for wives family.

A very small sharing. We have a 2.5 year old great grandson. His mother is expecting in December. The new Mum has a room all decorated for the new great granddaughter. One of the furnishing is a little unicorn rocking horse. This fascinates the boy and he always wants to ride.

His dad found him on it. When told that it was his sisters his reply was, "That's okay, she is at work with Mommy."

I am slow but the story will be finished!

For those who inquired thank you. I am well. Very busy right now with another project and writing has taken a back seat. Will probably be early November before I am back at it. Chapters 14-18 to go.

Corrections for Chapter 12 have been posted.

Re-repost. Got the over par issued corrected and eliminated the backseat from the corvette. I really upset some Vette lovers and apologize. I think Rick will be in line to rescue the only four seater Corvette made, it was a one off prototype made in 1963. In RL went to the crusher.
