She took care of herself but it was a constant struggle. They met only after he waved to her, when passing her on the way from his workout. Then one day it was raining and she was in the rain. He stopped and life took a sharp turn for them.

He was off duty when he rescued her from a group of drunk valets; a while later, with romance intervening, she returned the favor.
