Two people close to Thomas are getting married within a month of one another. In the same four week period, Thomas is forced to make a momentous decision, and with all big decisions, there are consequences. Join Thomas in the fall semester of his first year at college as he faces the highs and lows of undergraduate life in the seventh tale in the Fifty Something Teenager universe.

Ty Bugler was about to board the final leg of his two-layover cross-country trek when he heard that there was a delay due to a bad switch in the cockpit. Mechanics were working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Blah, blah, blah. Dinner, not travel, vouchers were offered by the agent working the counter at the gate, but after two weeks on the road Ty only wanted to get home.

There is no sex whatsoever in this story. It is the tale of tribulations faced by one man in a particularly painful two week period.

There is no sex in this story. Donny's Tribulations intentionally concluded with an ambiguous ending. If you have not done so, read that one first to put this story in context. This one completes what I envisioned as a two-part series. As usual, if you love it or hate it, I'd like to hear your feedback.

The Fifty Something Teenager
Three years ago, Thomas went to bed in his fifties and awoke as a teen. With the maturity of an adult, and knowledge of the future, he was successful with both women and money. Denise was his crush his first time through the 80s, though when given a chance he blew up the relationship when he could not control his teenage libido. Eventually reunited, they weathered many trials, including decisions by Thomas to stay in the 80s. On Thanksgiving, the third and final decision will need to be made.

Thomas Ford is a fifty-something year-old that teleported from the present day to the 1980s and his 18-year old self. This episode centers on his graduation from high school. His relationships with a student teacher and fellow student start to interfere with one another.

After months of “beginner” and “intermediate” hikes, two couples plan an ambitious three day weekend to tackle the twenty plus-mile trek on The Wrangler, an advanced trail in a neighboring state that should only be done by seasoned hikers.
