A Bad Attitude: Stories

The story of what happened to Sue and her BFF after Cody found out about her long time affair with her old boyfriend.

A 'mostly true' story of the first time I killed a man.

A young man has an idea about how to handle garbage. It leads him to working for a ranch in South America that owns property used for strip mining. This is another story using characters from my book. It is not a love story or romantic. Check the codes.

This story is about a badly wounded Marine, a beatiful ghost, and a haunted house full of spirits with a hidden treasure.

This is the story of how the gold coins came to be in a root cellar and guarded by five spirits. Sorry, no graphic sex in this one. As usual I had trouble with the codes.

'THE O'SHEA FAMILY STORY' was going to be the title of my next book. One day,as I was writing another chapter, I realized the word count was approaching Tolstoy's 'War and Peace'! Who has time to read something that long? Not me and I'm retired! I decided to break it up into stand-alone stories. This one is the longest simply because I could not find a good place to cut it in half. The numbers show the chronological order of the story. NOT AI generated, all me.

Sheriff Bull helps the Governor with a potentially embarrassing problem. For a price of course

A Marine guard at an embassy in South America gets involved with the daughter of a rich man. I did not use a lot of codes so as not to give away the surprise.

A short fictional story about a character in a book I am writing. Then the true story behind it.

A former Marine sniper takes revenge on the man responsible for the death of his wife and child. Later an injured CIA officer needs his help.
