The estate is looking for a new curate, and Josiah Markham needs a curacy. But Josiah is struggling with temptation and desire, and the family of Lord Deverre have found it easier not to struggle but give in gracefully.

The Danaan were the ancient Greeks, also known as the Archeans. In Ireland the 'Tribe of the Gods' were known as de Danann. Coincidence? Of course not. This is how it came to be.

Behold the man. Something a bit different to normal. A friend read my story about Joseph, liked it, and wrote re-worked Easter story. The disciples weren't the saintly creatures in stained glass windows, they were working class, rough round the edges. This attempts to bring that out a little more.

Fang is a rescue dog; he sees the world as a dog would.He loves his new master, but is conscious that any pack needs females to breed with. Just a short story that I enjoyed writing.

The world has become a bad place for the weak and a dangerous place for the strong. After the collapse, people were forming communities for self protection; but there was still a strong element of self-reliance needed. Finn was a hunter - perhaps killer for hire would be more accurate. Some were becoming successful and needed to remove competition, others wanted to punish those who wronged them. The rights and wrongs weren't Finn's problem.

The Pointe Botham flood made headlines for a day or two. The two library assistants trapped in the library discovered that they had to make their own entertainment until they could be rescued.

The location is true, an amazing inland waterway of slow tidal rivers and shallow interconnected lakes. The places mentioned are mostly true, the bridge definitely is. I've renamed some things and moved one or two around. Three teenage girls and one boy go sailing. At first it genuinely is for the sailing; clearly three girls will be safe with only one boy, unless of course they are the hunters and he is the prey.

The Four are friends. Some might say friends with benefits, but perhaps it is more, and less, than that. Their adventures are all standalone, but it can explain some of the comments if you've read earlier editions.

The trip sounded like a real opportunity to revisit the fun in Norfolk. Then Mary and Amelie's parents announced that they were invited too. Still, a wedding in Ireland was bound to be fun wasn't it?
