The story you are about to read is true, the names have been changed to protect the innocent, and the not so innocent. The story isn’t mine, but that of my best friend. He and I have been friends since high school. I turned out to be a somewhat writer. I write short stories and some long ones too. Nothing published as such unless you count the internet. Anyway this is Jim’s story, I’m just the narrator or ghost writer, or whatever you call it.
My wife wanted to go out and find herself and experience things that she either hadn’t had in a very long time or never experienced. I guess since she was fast approaching 40 she felt that she was too old to compete with younger women for my affections, not that I even looked at anyone other than her.
